- Digital Signatures: To keep Hekasoft software 100% free and without ads, we choose to eliminate high overhead costs, such as expensive annual Digital Certificates. Because our installers are not digitally signed, Windows SmartScreen may show a warning. You can safely proceed by clicking “More info” and then “Run anyway”.
- Heuristic Detection: Antivirus programs often flag new software updates that haven’t been widely downloaded yet. Since we update our tools frequently to support the latest browser versions, some security suites may mark them as “unrecognized” or “suspicious” simply because they are new.
Our Guarantee: Every Hekasoft release is strictly tested and scanned for malware before being published. We recommend always downloading from our official website to ensure you are using the authentic, untouched version.

Yes. Hekasoft Backup & Restore creates a complete snapshot of your browser profile. This includes not only bookmarks and history but also saved passwords, installed extensions, site preferences, and even your open tabs (depending on the browser’s architecture).
While the software is primarily designed for 1:1 backup and restore, it features a unique “Profile Migrator” tool. This allows you to migrate your profile data between different browsers based on the same engine (for example, from Google Chrome to Brave or Microsoft Edge).
You have full control over your data. During the backup process, you can choose any destination folder, including external hard drives, USB sticks, or cloud-synced folders (like Dropbox or OneDrive). We recommend storing backups on a separate device for maximum safety.
Currently, the software is designed for manual, on-demand backups to give you full control over each session. However, we are constantly evaluating community feedback for future updates regarding scheduled tasks and automation.
Browsers occasionally change their internal folder structures. We release frequent updates to Hekasoft Backup & Restore to support these changes. If you encounter an issue, please ensure you are using the latest version of our software.

No. Your privacy is our priority. Hekasoft Pass Generator operates entirely locally within your browser. We do not store, log, or transmit any of the generated passwords to our servers. Once you copy the password or close the extension, that specific data is cleared from the extension’s temporary memory.
Absolutely. You have full control over the generation parameters. You can set the exact length of your password and toggle specific character sets (like symbols or numbers) depending on the requirements of the website or service you are registering for.

Your privacy is our priority. HekaCopy follows a strict “Local-First” policy: all captured text is stored exclusively on your device within your browser’s local storage. No data is ever uploaded to the cloud, shared with third parties, or accessible by Hekasoft.
By default, HekaCopy is designed to be lightweight and secure, clearing the temporary history when the browser session ends. If you want to keep specific snippets permanently, simply click the “Pin” icon on the item. Pinned items are saved and will remain available even after you restart your browser.
This is an advanced productivity feature. Once enabled in the Settings, you can simply hold the left ALT key on your keyboard while selecting any text on a webpage. As soon as you release the mouse button, the selected text is automatically sent to HekaCopy without needing to right-click or use copy commands.
Yes. You can use the Domain Blacklist feature in the Settings menu. Simply add the URLs of the websites you want to exclude (such as banking sites or private webmails). HekaCopy will automatically ignore any copy operations performed on those domains.
HekaCopy captures what you copy. If you copy a password via CTRL+C or selection, it will be added to the history. To prevent this, we strongly recommend using the Blacklist feature for sensitive sites and avoiding the “Capture all copy operations” mode when handling unencrypted sensitive information.

Yes. Our subscription system includes a “Safe Batch” feature that adds random pauses (3-5 minutes) between profile updates to mimic human behavior and respect Instagram’s rate limits.
We take safety seriously. While Instagram monitors high activity, our built-in Anti-Ban logic adds random delays between each profile update. This ensures the extension operates within safe boundaries, making the process look natural and protecting your account from being flagged.
